Circuit Break is a company focussed on delivering reassuring insight through the provision of professional marketing consultancy. With over thirty-five years marketing experience, Gordon Brown set up Circuit Break in the belief that external input and an alternative viewpoint can be highly beneficial to the marketing process. As such, Circuit Break offers a wide range of marketing services from formal marketing planning through to bespoke projects. Circuit Break has worked with a wide range of clients and we would welcome the opportunity to talk to you about our services and to explore how we could be of help to your business.
Gordon Brown
In his career Gordon has worked with some of the largest clients on the planet. His career highlights
including running the marketing departments of both a major brewery and a TV station. He has floated a high-tech company
on the London Stock Exchange and worked on the strategic planning for global giants.
He has also delivered pizzas in Toronto, launched a creativity training business, compered a two-day music festival and
was once booed by 49,000 people while on the pitch at a major football cup final.
Gordon is also a published author, with six crime thrillers out to date and helped found Scotland’s International Crime
Writing Festival – Bloody Scotland.
Gordon has an honours degree in Marketing and Business, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Studies and an MBA.

Brain Juice was set up by Gordon Brown in 2004 after he decided to change a marketing lecture to a group of lawyers into a business creativity training seminar. They liked the juice he fed their brains so much they asked for some more. At which point he thought, "other people might like this."
